I did the grille and fog light thing!!!

i had some people say that it would look gay if i out some steel mesh in front of my fog lights and on my grille. well tonight i did it and it looks bada$$. you may think i'm nuts BUT i didn't do the grille like most would have done and put it across the whole front. what i did was cut the vents in the factory grille so they were all even depth. then i got the mesh and put it up against it and wrapped it around. then I melted the plastic with the stuff i cut off. i melted and dripped it on to hold it to the grille. cooled it and it looks pretty cool. and as for the fog lights i just got a hose clamp and wrapped the mesh around the fog light hole for the inside and clamped it. anyway. as soon as i get pics and figure out how to post them i will put them up. But for those who thought they wouldn't look good i can't wait to see what you think of them.i love them [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]

I thought you had removed your grille, wasn't to sure how that would have turned out. I'm still skeptical about the fog lights.

no i did that. i thought you guys might like what i did with the grille. i will get pics up of the fog lights. i think they look nice. they kinda mask the light until they are on. looks nice i think. i'll try and get them on the same page of my domain tonight ok. then tell me what you guys think [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]

I like the grill mod but I don't care for them in front of the fogs. However, the fog light grills will prevent cracked lenses! ;) (I've cracked two sets of fogs.... damn rocks!)
