trans am front bumper

Recently someone rear ended me and made a small crack on my front bumper. The insurance decided to pay me for a new one when i was at the body shop they gave me the price on a new firebird bumper and i ask out what it was for the trans am. Turns out they were the same so I decided to order it. Was just wondering if anyone else has a firebird with a trans am front bumper and a pic to show me. Anyne have an opinion on it? My car will be ready next week. Will i be confused as a trans am now?

or a hammer [img]graemlins/twak.gif[/img] but anyway back to the subject, yes lots of people do this and it looks the exactly same in the front but the rear bumper is different as well and unless you have dual exhaust then most people wont mistake you for a ta. you also have to get rid of all you badging (on the doors and between you tail lights). another thing to think of is if you look like a trans am people you race will think you are and when they beat you they will run home and tell everyone that the ta isnt that fast because he beat one. do you really want that... to let some ricer think he beat a ta. that little ***** with his coffee can exhaust making that damn fart sound and his ****ing boeing 747 wing on the tail end... **** him i wont give him the satifaction. the little bastard. but yes some will mistake you as a ta :D

Yes I do have dual exhaust. The other guy had an 82 f-150 and backed into me. Where can I find the badging on the tail lights?

Hey bluefbird all you need is some foglights I had the same problem but found some at wal-mart.
They look blueish that will like good with your blue car. But you have to customlly fit them in their check them out on my sig.

i like the firebird front end better than the TA

you will need different fogs, and turnsignals to run the TA front bumper on a formula/firebird

and possibly extend your foglight wiring harnesses

I just my car today and it looks awesome with the new bumper. The only problem I think is that you can tell the difference on the paint from the bumper and the rest of the car.

yea, the idea is great but don't be confused, a few months ago a guy came to me and i ask me for stikers,so he told me i have a green firebird 94 and i want a big stiker on the back window with say trans am( i tought what kind of idiot and blabla0 )anyway i was so happy, one of my friends take his focus svt and he beat him, it was so crappppppppppp. poor guy ,don't put **** on the car
