Eagle Alloys 077 Series Wheels

are

"Designed specifically for use on front wheel drive vehicles, these wheels feature one-piece aluminum construction and classic 5-spoke styling. Other features include individual wheel bolt circles for extra strength, center caps, a lightweight design, and your choice of silver, chrome plated, or polished finishes."

so umm which versions are you guys buying? my dad wants me to find a set of rims at summit and really.. i like my rims but he really wants me to get another set... i'm gonna do 16's front and 17 back or 17 front and 18 back... i already have 5 basically brand new nitto 450's that are 16's so they are basically garbage unless someone on here wants to buy them... cause im gonna have to get new tires for these new rims... /sigh i should be excited but im kinda sad.... those tires cost me a whole lotta money heh... and they are no longer any use to me when i get these new rims... i may try to talk him into getting me a ground effects kit or something.... anyone now of some awesome rims and pics would be nice too... my dad is the best so i want to do what he wants to do...

The 17 and 18 inch eagle wheels that you are looking at have 5.94 inch backspacing and a 38mm offset will fit just fine on an fbody. I have the 185's on my car, and many people have the exact same 077's on theirs. They are listed under front wheel drive, but they will work just fine on your car. Check out eagle's website, they list them under front wheel drive as well, and they fine on our cars.

Also, unless youre getting a good deal from summit i suggest you shop around. I got all 4 of my 185's shipped to my door for about $540. Try www.smokingjoescustoms.com or ebay. Im sure youll be able to find them cheaper.

Also, look into eagle 185... Theyre lighter, prettier IMO bla bla bla, ive said it all before :D

ok i looking at that site you directed me to

i can either get
17" - 18" 077's
17" - 18" 168's
17" - 17" 185's

i didn't see 18" 185's or did i miss them somewhere

and which is better, polished or chrome?

the 185's are friggin sweet. after seein them on Loochys car, im orderin them this summer.

i dont know if im goin with polished or chrome yet. for a few bucks more than the chrome ones, i could get ZR1's, so i dunno.

depends on how shiny the polished are.

i do not believe that eagle 185's are available in any size than 17". Personally i am not a fan of different size wheels on an fbody, but thats irrelevant here anyway. Call the guy there or email him, he should be able to get you a pretty good deal if you talk to him directly.
