  • Shane's question which i burried.... Lordofthebling look here

he asked this about the rims before i went and locked the best camaro thread. it and he got me wondering as well.

<blockquote>quote:</font><hr> man the lip on those rims is insane.........I love it.
Whats the offset and backspacing on those things? Also how much of a drop do you have?

the wheels i have are the 17 X 10 Smoothie II

the offset is 38 MM..backspacing doesnt matter

talk to todd at discount tire direct... he will hook you up.. i got everything shipped to my door..wheels, tires, lugs for $1440.

as for the drop it was about 1.5 inch's.. its an eibach prokit with Bistein HD's

lordofthebling whats up, i myself am getting hooked up with smoothie II's after the 1st of the year. ill most likely go with 17x8s. Gabe at Carrols Tire Wharehouse is doing it all for 1700$ out the door. i was wondering, you might know, what is the difference between the smoothies and the smoothie II's? is it just the lip? Looch you might know too. also lordofthebling...how is keeping those clean go, as far as brake dust and dirt and stuff? are they pretty easy to keep blingy? i have terrible brake dust problems with my rims right now. will ceramic brake pads ease up on the dust?
