Ok, on my FireBird there is a "S/A" where there would normaly be a "T/A" for a trans am. My car is only a V6 5sp. I can not figure out what that means and nobody that I know can figure it out either. If anybody knows Please let me in on this secret.
Sounds like the "IROC-C" anomaly. In the mid-eighties, The sales of the V6 3rd Gen Camaros was pretty low. Dealers started putting crazy graphics on them, even the IROC stickers... except they put a "C" after the IROC instead of a Z.
I know because I had one. The only thing strange about it was that it had the bigger sway bar in front. Everything else was stock, so I'm guessing it was aftermarket.
Dealers will do ANYTHING to sell a car. I've seen brand new V6 firebirds with T/A stickers on them. It's sad, but true.

Maroon 1995 Camaro
No mods yet...
Lucky to have found this site!
Maybe it stands for Special Addition, the dealer charged more for those markings. On a more serious note, you should ask the dealer what they are supposed to be, if they don't know, make them find out. Of course with it being a 92 anything is possible. Good luck and if you find out let us know.

I think what you got is RPO #W68, which is the Sport Appearance package. It basically consist of T/A front and rear fascias, fog lamps, T/A side moldings. If it's a Firebird with a T/A look, then that's what you got. Back in the late 80's('89 I think), they had the Firebird SSA, which is basically the same chit.
