  • Painted Interiors

Ok, I have done a bunch of searching and found a few nice interiors painted, but a lot of the links in the search feature no longer exist. I want to paint my interior this winter, and would like to see some new pictures of peoples interiors that have painted them. Also, i have seen a few doors painted that looked pretty sharp, anyone have some pics, please post them or a link so that I can check them out. Thanks!!!!

I wouldn't paint your interior, I think it makes it look cheap (no offense to any one, just my taste) . I would save up and do something more like in the pictures below, it's what I plan on doing within the next year hopefully.

I was just posting those to give him an idea of what I was talking about. You can do those designs in a camaro to.

Chevrolet Racing: What makes the interiors of those vettes different than painted interior? Different materials? The seats shifter e-brake and center console cover appear to be leather, other than that everything else looks painted. Compareing a vette interior to a camaro interior is almost apples and oranges. If you could take some ideas from the vette interior though it would be a nice touch

Heres one of mine, I haven't painted alot but have been thinking of painting more

Heres sandmans interior, notice everything on his is sanded smooth.

I'm going to be repainting mine with an automotive aluminum base which is used as an undercoating on pearls and such to give it more of a glow. But any paint will work, the paint on mine right now is just a metallic silver I liked at the hardware store

                    edit: found sandmans write up
