I'm looking to start adding a few decals and start "styling" my car. I'm throwing around some ideas about painting a bit on the interior or something along those lines. However, I'm not sure what color(s) to use. If I were to put racing stripes on, would black look good? The thing is, I've got a color GM calls Cayen Red Metallic, so it's not a bright red. Any suggestions on colors or ideas for upgrading the apperance, let me know.
Here's a picture of the car so you can get a decent idea of the color. Car Picture

My car is the same color as yours. I choose to start a black theme with the stripes on the side of my car. They're shadowed in silver to make them stand out more. Check out the pictures on my site...page three has the best pics of them. But if you do black on the outside, it makes it very difficult to change the interior to match up well.
Cayenne Red isn't the easiest color to work with if you want to add stripes or do interior work. But good luck with it. Keep me updated on what you're doing with the scheme.

You can find the regular stripes on ebay for like $35, but if you want the look of the 35th Anny stripes, you're going to have to go to 3rd Gen Decals, and they aren't exactly cheap from there. I haven't found any other places yet that sell the 35th stripes...

My BF has white stripes on that color Z28 and he gets so many compliments on it, it's crazy. I originally told him to go with black, but he didn't listen and went ahead with white stripes anyway. When he showed me, it really stood out and it sparkles. I then got him white accent lettering and the "Camaro" lettering that goes on the windshield to match...it looks sweet. If it's attention you want, go for white or silver.
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
