Composition of various body panels?

I need to know what material each of the body panels on the 93-97 Camaro is made of.

I have a unique opportunity to manufacture some custom carbon fiber parts and need to determine the best ones to replace.

As always, any help is appreciated.

Doors are made of a fiberous material similar to fiberglass (I know this because of the way it tore when wrecked) - its very bouncy stuff.

The front fenders and rear hatches are a carbon composite, they bend and then snap/break/crack.

Hood and rear fenders are of course steel.

Do you mean fiberglass?

As far as I know no production car except exotics has carbon fiber body panels due to the cost.

The doors and roof panel are a fiberglass-like composite, but bumbers and fenders are more flexible.

Bumpers are urethane, like all cars nowadays.

The roof of the car is fiberglass, just like the doors too.

All the other panels are steel, except the area between the windows and the back glass, it's ABS I think.

Heh, I wish I had the capabilities to make and sell parts. I could make some serious cash doing that.

The only reason I can make parts for me is that I work at a lab with the equipment to make CF parts and I can call it a project to further my engineering education.
