I just found out about this product this morning and have been to every Trak Auto Store around. Its called Metalcast made by Dupliclor. I can't find this stuff anywhere. Has anyone seen it or heard about it? It looks like it might be kinda cool. I can't even find a vendor online. I think they just came out with this very recently.
http://www.duplicolor.com/ Click on Automotive line and it'll be the first thing that comes up on the page
In case someone might be interested.....No stores in my area of about a 50 mile radious carry this product so I called the company. They dont offer direct sales but told me to contact my local NAPA store and they should be able to order it for me. There happened to be one across the street from my work so I went there yesterday. Surprisingly they had the ground coat but not the top/colored spray. They ordered some for me and it will be there this morning. I also got an email from Duplicolor with another resource that can order all their products. If anyone's interested let me know and I"ll post the info here they gave me. Otherwise if you have a NAPA near you they can order it for you :D
I bought 1 can of ground coat and two cans of the blue top coat. With tax it was just a little over $18.00...not a bad price. Each can was about $6.00. I'm hoping to try it out tonight but it's hot as H$ll outside here :(

You may also want to contact the Dupli-Color Where-To-Buy @ 1-800-247-3268.
There is an option #3 for Dealer Location. They can look up a specific
color number or product number to see if it is currently stocked or
manufactured in your region/area. They will ask you for your city, state,
and zip code to set up search parameters.
hahaha jk, but that paint and **** is pretty cool. just be VERY VERY careful how you use it if you paint your engine, you could cross that fine line and have your car look like a honda.
Well I painted some things in the engine bay this weekend and they turned out pretty good I think! :D There's some pics in this album...the last few at the end.
The paint was pretty easy to use and I'm happy with how everthing turned out. Only thing is this paint is kind of transparent so some of the caps I painted the lettering showed through that was printed on the cap. What I should've done was primed it then applied the ground coat. I am redoing my whisper lid and it wasnt on when I took the pics yesterday.
I Would recommend anyone trying this paint! And anyone else that has used it please post some pics!
Hey everyone! I've been trying to remove my transmission for two days now! I need to replace the clutch. Only thing I've got left holding the transmission...
Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
