I found this on ebay and was wondering if it'd be safe and helpful to use with Zaino products or regular car wax? I might wax my car every day if this thing worked well!

Don't buy it. Orbital buffers are a really fast way to get buffer burn on your cars finish, as well as going right through your clearcoat. Stay away from it.
On a side note - Zaino is extremely easy to buff off by hand (because it is applied so thin).« Red Firebird »

I have to say that this type of buffer runs so slow that you would almost have to TRY to burn through your clearcoat, now a high speed buffer you should worry about unless you have lots of experience using one.
The type on auction works good for quick application of wax /polish, but I'd still buff out by hand to finish the job.99 Dodge Quadcab
Traded: 2001 Camaro(will be missed)
Be wary of anything that can bleed for 5 days and live....

Good for application, but could it still buff out as well as by hand?www.RedLineVSix.com || 1996 Camaro, 15.159@92.5mph

yep, but you use way to many of the cotton bonnets if you want to do a good job, plus you still have to wipe down body seams and other nooks and crannies that wax/polish flow into.
I've used that type alot and have had great results. The machine makes it a little less labor intensive.99 Dodge Quadcab
Traded: 2001 Camaro(will be missed)
Be wary of anything that can bleed for 5 days and live....
