  • New Car Joins the Pack

    Hello all,

Just found the website the other day thought I'd say "Hi" to everyone. Been looking around on the various posts and I see some really nice looking cars. Give mine a gander if you have a chance. Let me know what you think. Haven't gotten around to linking the thumbnails to larger images, but you can see pretty well.

Just click on "Car Pix" and "New Mod" on the navigation toolbar to see my toy.

    Late,
    Ryan

Thanks, I get a lot of positive reactions to the interior. The panels you asked about are stock. Just went down to the local Wal-Mart and got some run-of-the-mill spray touch up paint that matched my exterior. Used mineral spirits to clean the interior pieces, let it dry and shot a few coats of paint, and a couple of clear coat, on top of 'em.

If you look closely you'll see I moved the "Camaro" logo that sits to the right of the foglight switch and the SGS switch (on the automatic) to the middle position and flanked it with the two switches. The actual letters on that little logo had to be handpainted black to look sharp.

Also, I want to apologize ahead of time if anyone tries to view the page and can't. Just be patient and check back later today or tomorrow. Tripod limits Bandwidth by the hour or something. Oh well.

Thanks man, Good looking car you got there. Looks mighty familier actually. If you wanna see mine now, just head over to www.austin-f-body.org Just happens to be car of the month. Oh, and the name comes from my plate. "QWKAG" for those of you who don't remember high school science. AG is the scientific abbr. for Silver.
