Originally posted by Predator Bird: thanks eric. i'm so torn about doing a motor swap. if i did do one i'll look into an ls1 swap over an lt1. i think it would be a much better investment for the ls1. i need to wait and hear back from my supervisor about my promotion for my job then i'll see how much more i make. hopefully next summer i'll have either a new car or a 6spd/motor swap.
over at cz28.com the guy I bought my wet kit off of did a 94 3.4L - LS1 motor swap so he might have some tips, guy was pretty cool but a little "country"

hmmmm i wonder if he would do the swap for me. i think i know who you're talking about. he has a bunch of cars in his backyard all torn apart for projects. i'm sure he will know exactly what to do and where to get the parts. if he would do it for me then i'll definitely do the ls1 swap.

i got lucky and found them on ebay. i just happend to search one day and came across them at $55 w/ about 2 days left. i sat and watched them until the last 2 min of the auction and threw a high bid out. the other person kept bidding and bidding, but never reached my price. i ended up getting them for $125.
