Dude Mecham hoods suck. They look really good, but are brittle and crack very easily. I'd get some thing else

I got one a while back. It is of terrible construction at best. When I took it to the dealership to get painted, they laughed at the poor craftsmanship. Do not buy a mecham hood!

Man! I'm pretty religious on reading the appearance forum, and I had never seen anything like this about the mecham hoods before - thanks for the heads up guys!

Anyone got any suggestions as to hoods that are of good quality? VFN for example?

Ya I too was in the dark about the Mecham hood until recently. It looks awesome but costs a fortune and is cheaply constructed. I wish some reliable company would clone it like people did with the WS6 and Firehawk hoods.
