You guys, write Steve over at supthump and email right now, ordering your set of rear fascia inserts. click on the link in my sig, 4th pic. He'll hook you all up, just email him and let him know you're interested if you are. They're metal, brushed aluminum. I like them!

Actually, they are stainless steel with a mirror finish. For anybody who hasn't noticed, ss inserts has raised their price to 80 bucks. Mine will quite a bit less than that for the same product. I should be stocked up in a week or so. :D

I could do a group puchase too. 65 is my regular price 79.95 is their regular price. Give me the same number of guys that were in your group and I will sell them for 50.

Those look a little thin, my SSinserts fill the holes flat and flush

Take a look:

The ones on my car (green car) were thinner because I was testing the fit with a light gauge to save on material costs during the product development stage.

Mr. Coffee's inserts are the real deal (blue car)--same gauge as ss whatever uses.
And their letters don't even apprear to fit right. Look at the tail on the "R" Doesn't even look good :( .
In fact, look closely at the letter "R" on your car(second pic down)--the lines of the insert don't even run parallel to the fascia indentations. It's just sorta blobbed in the area.

.

Oh shut up bass, I like them - they fit perfectly when you see them up close. I purposely installed them 1mm up instead of flat dead center because it was easier to align that way. I bet it took you a good 30minutes or more to just find that flaw, its something nobody would ever notice in reallife.

Plus yours still don't look like they fit flush with the outer molding, theyre still indented.

No, Actually I noticed that flaw right away. Sorta stands out to me. But if you like them, that's all that matters.

ok, let me recap...

megabass- cheaper

SS Inserts- thicker (I dont really see it, but I had nothing else nice to say about them. My fit perfecty.)

Megabass- Thinner (?¿)

SS Inserts- messed up letter design

Both are shiny, and both are high quality. Personally I'd pick Megabass over a company just because his boxes and he's not mass producing anything. He does fbody designing. Oh yea, and he's cheaper.

There's no need to argue though, to each man his own. The purpose of my post was just to show mine off. Let people know of my newest mod. no start a "which one is better" war :/
