Are these fo the plastic covers on the 16' chrome wheels?

Was just browsing are these for the little chrome cover things on the chrome wheels instead of the black ones...not the actual lugs...y'know

guys just go get some real chrome lugs... thats what i did changes the look of the rim

my lugs are covered...if you look at my sig and see my wheels...its a little plastic cover that goes over the lugs, with some plastic look alike lugs that screw into the lugs that are there
