who has the back of their car painted another color, where the CAMARO lettering is? im about to do it and i was wonderin what ways others went about it? thanks

Are you talking about just the letters? if so then vinal decals would be the best way to go about it. Try a search there are many people who have done this as well as many sites listed where you can buy them.



Or, if youre talking about this:


You would have to remove your panel and paint it flat black yourself, or have a shop paint it for you.

yeah the second one, i already am gettin the decals, has anyone painted it themselves? what kinda paint, clear coat etc did u use? how much shops running that kinda job for?

I had my rear facia painted, and I love the results! I've also gotten alot of compliments from it too. See my site below.

Something to keep in mind:

You will get two very different looks depending on what sort of black paint you use (assuming youre looking to use black as most people do).

Hockey man used black gloss finish...

The origin of the style is the gmmg cars which i believe use a flat black finish for a different look...

that specific one is actually the hot rod magazine camaro... pretty much the same thing if you look at the modifications list http://www.gmmginc.net/html/hotrod_camaro.html
