ight for those who have remved there back seats have you ever considerd filing in the sapce with something. like some sort of storage compartments where the seats used to be (this would also cover up all the metal) kinda like what is in some vettes that ive seen. has any body done this or considered it if so how did it turn out or am i a first?

Someone on here was making a nice cover for where the rear seats used to be, could get what ever logo you wanted on it too. Don't know about any kind of storage though. Sounds like a good idea

Very good idea, espcially since the seats in the rear are worthless. Of course, unless your like 4 years old. Heh heh.

Raven what about the cover your talking about? That would be good too. Anyone else have info on these ideas?

ya...hmm...well I know someone made a cover out of cardboard...looked good it was a 30th anniversary...still never got around to doing it...just wondering what other kind of material something good be made out of...Ive seen NOS bottles mounted in the back...I have my seats out in the back and for riders they find it more comfortable...cause theres more room...I guess you could put a few sheets of aluminum together and carpet that...might hold up a bit better...and as for the metal..I just put my rear floormats over it ;)

I've seen the 30th anniv thing. Looks pretty good. Someone else I know locally has done exactly what you were talking about though. He has made a great box that holds tools and I beleive one of his amps and is covered with factory color carpet. He's on here somewhere. I'll ask him to post when I see him.
