My god, I swear half the people on this board are gunhappy with the rice comments. If you don't like it it's rice. So many people take the rice thing way to far. I don't see one thing on this car to call it rice. I say it's a show car. You don't like the flames, the white interior, the chrome, the fin, the 20's.....fine you don't like it. Just don't Fu***** call it rice. You say rice, I say show car that you don't like. Yeah theres a couple things I would consider borderline tacky but you people can't respect a car that has had alot of work, time, money and thought put into it. This whole rice business is really getting under my skin. Now that thats out of my system

that's exactly what i consider rice--gaudiness. what do most people consider rice? euros, big spoiler, lotta paint designs, showy rims, lowered car----all on hondas? this is a camaro with all of the above...even if it looks good i don't see how you can't admit it's rice. it's got all of the rice that every other car you consider rice has but it's not honda. this car is riced out, you can like it or you can not, but you can't make the "rice" definition only work for certain cars. now you can just think the word "rice" is dumb and not agree that anything is rice, but you can't say that stuff like what i mentioned isn't rice just cause it's on a fellow fbody. end of story.

Dude...you have got to be kidding. "Rice" is NOT the same thing as being gaudy/tacky. When I think of "rice" I see an import car with a four cylinder with a fart-can/trash-can muffler on it. Big stickers, huge wings, Altezzas, etc., are not "rice" but gaudy or tacky. Call it what you will I suppose, but the rice insults being hurled about are ridiculous. How can you compare a Camaro Z28 with an import with a four-banger in it?

The car is not RICE! If that car is rice every show car you go see at the autorama's around the country are rice. Because there is something on a car you don't like doesn't make it rice. I don't like everything on the car and would not do that to my car. The guy made a trailer queen for car shows. No fart can no stickers and the car would outrun 95% of the cars on this board. He is not a pretender. Just a guy with more money than he knows what to do with. Just my.02

I totally agree with you man. That would mean that every car in HOT ROD and Popular Hot Rodding Magazine is rice. Guys, the guy has a ****ing Vortech blower on his LT1, and I'm willing to bet his car is faster than MOST of our cars. The car is a S H O W car. Not every F-body is a drag car. In fact, some people use them for **GASP** ROAD RACING! :rolleyes:
