  • Tire?

This might be a stupid question, but I just want to make sure. I have mickey tompsons on my camaro. The back left i'm pretty sure has a whole in it. It goes falt every few days. My question is, can you bring a drag tire to a tire place and get the whole fixed? I guess I just don't know if it's a good idea to do that on a drag tire.

not sure why this is in appearance.. but oh well

most places wont patch a slick , however some mom and pop places will , a friend of mine was having this dilemma when he got a hole in one of his.. however we talked him outta gettin it patched, i dont like the thought of my friend doing a burnout then going 110+ MPH a few seconds later on a tire that has been patched

I don't know, i figured appearance had to do with tires. Yea, that's what i'm affraid of too. I'll see what the tire place says i guess. Thanks

ditto. drag tires take a lot of abuse...better safe than sorry.
