what about taking the money it would cost to do that and making it drivable through a remote control, it would still stay with your theme...

    car looks great

man, don't turn into an extremist like me. there's only so much extremities everybody on here can take :D If you do this, don't have the side wings come up so far. have them attach to the rear decklid and come up from the stock rear spoiler. You're lookin at a lot of bodywork to do this man. Good luck though.

Here is the best way that I can think of to do it. Attach the huge fins to the doors. Have it so that the side of the car is all attached to the door, covering over the actual rear quarter panels. How, you might ask, then, will you be able to open the doors with them now being 7 feet long? Easy! Change the doors so that they now will open upwards. Think about it!!! I know that it would be horribly hard, but if you attached them to the door, then made the door vertically opening, you could get in the car as normal.

it would probably be quite difficult to get a dot approved windshield so i would just leave that alone. the f-body windshield is already pretty cool with its high rake.

however, i like the tail fins. maybe about half the pictured height though.

But the BATMOBILE idea would look ugly as hell. It would be cool in its own way because its the only FIREBAT on the road so it may be worth doing. But I bet it would cost alot of money. As much as I would respect your car and work if you did it, I think you should keep it how it is. Your car looks awsome dont change a thing.

                          ditto
It would be really hard to get everything to match up just right. It would just be to hard to get it just right. But if you have money to blow(it would cost a lot) then do it

LOL!!!! Its been fun reading your comments, but the real truth is, if i wanted the batmobile, i would just sell the bird and go out and buy the real thing...

Replica frame with wheels =3000 (can be found in michigan)
Replica body/shell = 13000 (can be found in ohio)
Well then i would have fun building an engine for it and buying a trans...but hey you get the idea...

Taking a look at that drawing, I would have to be practically laying down while driving to see out that windshield. Even if i lowered the roof as low as i could, with the pointy ears from my cowl, it would poke right through it

Really guys... i was just having a little fun in paint shop and thought it would be cool to post it to see what you guys thought. God knows i don't have the money to do anything on my car for a while after this supercharger project is done.

But thanks for all your oppinions. I had fun reading them

experiment with a geo storm (the camaro lookin ones). use some cardboard & 1/8" ply wood & stuff. you know 3/4 scale model ;)

edit: will also help with redesign on fins, imagine the blind spots
