I have a 2000 Camaro V6 with the Z28-style wheels (rookie here, dunno the catchy term for them haha).. Anyways, the red bowtie on each of them has unfortunately faded away!
Is there a place I can get a decal to replace the faded bowties or do I have to buy the caps somewhere. Either way, anyone have a good source for either/both?

Only the 2000+ Camaros have it with the 10 spoke rims.

Same thing happened to me, but I fixed it. I decided one day to take the four caps off and take them inside for some TLC. I masked the bow-tie on each of the caps off with some masking tape. I took some paint that I got from Autozone, matches my paint on my car and painted them back on. They have been painted like this for months and no fade. They have survived multiple washings.
Just be careful and make sure all the tape is stuck down good. Avoid overlapping the tape, especially in the corners. Paint tends to get in the little places and run. But you could avoid this by using several light coats and waiting till each coat dryed before the next.

didn't realize that these were probably covered under my warranty. I will be pursuing that avenue. If not, the great person at www.afterthoughtsauto.com said that SLP might have some takeoffs (they only have decals for the 17" rims...).
Now I'm sold on the painted calipers and decals! Gonna do that as soon as humanly possible. That looks great.
