  • Gauge idea...

I was looking on auto meter's website the other day and I saw their new Cobalt series. I got to thinking that these would look great in my car (since it is blue), but I wouldn't really be up to doing a custom gauge pod, so does anyone know any way I can give my stock gauges that blue glow?

well, hmm you could always change the bulb behind the dash...have fun takin that dash apart...and in all honesty I think because the dash letters are white already, you wont see a big differance in color...you could always mount some blue leds all around the sides of your dash panel...shining down on your gauges...personally I just ordered this www.odb-2.com and Ill have some digital gauges and **** :D :D I win :D :D J/K Ive seen stuff done with special paints and neons...if you were to take apart that dash..take the lights out from behind it...paint over with special glow paint the parts you want illuminated you could put a small 3 in neon or somethin...not a bad idea but you still gotta take out that damn dash
