  • Repainted my car, finally got some pics of the new paint

Well, I've been waiting awhile to repaint my car, and had it done a few weeks ago. I got a break from work and decided to take a few pics over my vacation in the outer banks.

The color is Nissan's Silverstone Metallic, it's a really cool color - kinda a gunmetal with a lighter silver metallic flake in it. I'm really happy with it and love the way it turned out.

And of course a few pictures from the Outer Banks when I was on vacation, even if she got a little dirty over the week at the beach.

I took off my wings west air dam since it was so beat up and had planned on buying a Xenon air dam to replace it. It looks a little empty to me without the front gfx, but at the same time driving is so much easier without having to worry about scraping (I would chit my pants if the new paint scraped). What would you guys do? keep it as is without the gfx, or add the front clip still? I cant decide...

Yeah, that's what I keep thinking. It looks alright, but still a tad funny. I think the Xenon would make it bad ***. But at the same time, driving is sooo much easier without having to worry about the gfx scraping, I may just leave it off for awhile and put gfx back on down the road, or if someone has a set of factory RS gfx for sale I'll snatch them up. Nonetheless, it's so much nicer and cleaner than the old paint was, it's definitely unique and it's amazing how many heads the car turns now :D
