Use the same cure that they use for sagging breasts - IMPLANTS - get it reupholstered if you really want it to stay there.

What's causing it to sag, anyway? I've got T-Tops, so I'm not familiar with this problem.

i think its the fact that my windows are ALWAYS open when i drive.. and the wind just blows it around loose

          I think its the humidity

I never fixed one in an f-body but another car.

You have to clean all the little crap off the old one, all the foam rubber then you have ot use tons of glue, and new material let it sit overnight.

Even then 6 months later headliner sagged a little on this car. but not as bad as before.

As for t-top cars you can/will have this problem too... just not as common I assume since not as much surface area.

I've never seen it happen in T-Top cars...

How much do you think it would cost him to get it reupholstered?

I am not sure of the pricing...

reason why I know it happens on t-tops... is happened to a friend of mine.

Its jsut the foam rubber in the headliner getting old and seperating from the cloth.

t-top cars and hardtp cars have the same cloth lined foam rubber headliner.

Jsut befoe I got rid of my 94 the headliner started to fall... I drive 95% of the time with the windows down, and it is a 10 year old car... Just taking awhile for headliners to fall I guess.

My friends t-top headliner that fell was a 94 z28.

Mine is a 94 its not sagging yet but its ripping around the edges where the T-Tops go.

I know a guy who will hook me up for new headliner for $30.00

But customer price is $60.00 and that includes reupholstering the sun visors.

My buddy used a stapler. But when I had it done on my pickup, it was well worth the $100.

I have a hard top and mine just started drooping a few months ago. Yes, I have my windows open all the time. I'll probably just get it reupholstered.
