Never bought a bezel, but I removed mine and painted it.

How did you paint that? Actually, how do you get it out too?

is your car on brent's site??? i sooooo copied that idea on my car, only mine is red and i painted the backs of my gauge needles with the same paint to match, it looks great

to get it out you have to take most of the dashboard off and then the glass for the gauges and there are a few bolts holding it on, not hard at all however if you have never removed your dash it might take a while to find the bolts and not break anything

Yeah, I can say that it isn't hard to remove since I've had it apart about 5 times already. I tried different color's on the bezel, until I found that I liked the silver the best. I can almost tear it all down with my eyes closed now.
I don't know how hard it is to tear the firebird's dash apart, but it's relatively easy with the camaro.
