• I want put stripes on my bird... need help choosing

I dont want to rice out my bird... but i want to get some racing stripes (maybe the standard 2 down the middle) which isnt overdoing it... but i really like the 35th anniversary (i think) side stripes (think it might be a little too much though).

I want either black (might be too bold) or some kind of reflective silver... I want it to be a silver like the car but when the light hits it you can see the stripe. Is that possible with vinyl?

I think my car needs a little more styling to it. One day I would love stock ground effects.

Never heard of reflective stripes, but it's not a bad idea. It would look cool at night!
Check here for black stripes http://www.colebrothers.com/graphics/stripes.html
It's the same kit "OneManArmy" installed.

OK thanks.

I did some more research. I like the 30th Daytona stripes... I think a navy blue metallic would look hot but the thing is, I would need to find every other decal that i have in the same color.

maybe its easier just choosing black? lol

http://fourthcircledesigns.com/cargr...0thdaytona.jpg I like these but I think they are a little too much for my car. They are the 30th ann daytona ones.

I think i am going with basic rally stripes... Saw some on a mustang on the net and they were like 2 inches apart but it looked good. I dont know how close together i would want them.

I have those on my car casket...go to page 4 in my sig. Then go to www.autografics.com and they have metallic and reflective colors that fit ALL decals. Just pick the ones you want and the color choice. It's really easy, and the quality is superb.

I bought from autografics before... and I wanted a new filler pate bird but i heard a lot of bad things about that place. Have they straightened up their act? Personally I never had a problem before.

Onemanarmy- they look great. I like it a lot... I guess i need a friend for help while applying them, huh?

98goldbird- I remember i signed your guestbook... lol My name on cardomain is maleet. They do look good.

I suppose you could do it yourself.. but when you have a crooked eye like i do lol, it helps to have 2 sets of eyes to make sure everything is striaght. also the extra set of hands is really nice.
