Hit a curb the other day, now my passenger side rocker panel is all banged in. Is tehre anyway to go about knocking it back out or is my only hope taking it to a body shop so taht they can pull it. Its in there bad, so i figured that maybe i could punch it out some through the holes in the top of the rocker panel, any insight would be much appreciated in this matter.

Your best bet would be to drill holes in the dent and use a dent puller. Then do some bodywork to cover the holes and minor dents that wouldn't pull out. It sux to drill holes in the body, but it will look alot better than a huge dent.sigpic
