• Proper Waxing Procedures

    Hey everyone-

Just kinda curious...I need to get a coat of wax on my car, it's about time and I'm looking at Zaino at the moment, but I'm also chceking out this NXT stuff from Eagle 1.

The thing is, most of these waxes say to just apply it to your car off the bat...I've always been told to strip the old wax off before I apply new wax..

Can someone help this newbie out...I need a long lasting shine, bead, and protection...I have a black car, so a "swirl" remover wouldn't hurt eitehr...

    Thanks guys.

ahh just read you last line if you want long lasting i would say zaino is the way to go, it has swirl remove in the kit (Z5) Ziano tire shine is the best stuff in the world and the window polish is freaking great.

look at the pic on page 4 of my car for the black, also my paint was REALLY bad and 3 coats of zaino and you can hardly see the swirl marks, 2 more coat should over them up all the way i just didn't have time to do it. lol

NXT is meguiars, not eagle. Either product will work fine.
