                        Yes...

                        But....

The stock screw that goes in the back, is threaded differently than the embedded nut in the new headlight. It will start, but it will hang up, and then you can't get the screw back out. And/or the embedded nut will start spinning inside the plastic.

Best to find a screw with the right threads. I think the difference is fine threads vs. coarse.

but what about the wiring???? do you have to do anything with that?

It's easy. One ground wire for each light. One hot wire for each light.

You can tap into the hot wire for the fog lights, or parking lights if you want.

Or run a wire to a switch inside the car, if you want to be able to turn the halos on without turning on the parking lights.

The headlight part is the same as the stock lights.

Ive been looking at these, ive got sort of a black/red theme goin on with my car (its red.) Wonder how these would look on a red car. Cuz I think they look nice on the black and white ones. Guess it's time to find some good pics and bust out photoshop.
