My dash piece by the windshield cracked the other day, SO I just bought one on ebay nd was wondering how to put it in? Also dont use armoral(sp)

Yeah, the plastic pillar's have to be pulled in order to remove the dash, but they come off with ease, and the new dash is a 5 minute job. GM did something right and made that easy on us...finally!sigpicComment

My car has t-tops, and there is a screw or two at the top of the pillar(s) with the t-top removed. After the screw(s) is removed, the pillar just pops off. There are little crappy plastic thingy's holding them secure to the frame. They just pop out/in.
Zap me on the nextel and I'll explain it better. It really easy though.sigpicComment
