best scratch remover

i have a couple small scratches in my bird
du you know what can i do here

its kinda hard to tell from the pic, but the top one looks pretty deep. that one might need a touch up to fix it. Meguiars scratchX might work on the bottom one.

of course, touch up paint never looks as good as it did originally
