• Racing stripes too ricey?

I want to get white racing stripes for my car. I think this would look bada** on the Navy Blue, but I thought I'd ask for any opinions. So what do you all think? Should I get them or not?

stripes are definatley not rice....for that matter anything you dont consider rice isnt....alot of people will say oh thats rice dont do it....so y'know "rice" burners have rims...does that mean changing the rims on your car makes it rice, no....racing stripes would look great...they come on the Anniversary SS...and they look great go for it

Stripes aren't ricey on "sports cars".
If you put them on a minivan or neon i would call rice.

Neons shouldn't be categorized as cars...period. Anyone willing to put stripes on a minivan has to get a life, and neons should be driven into the nearest river.

Hockeyman is jealous cause he knows that the new neon would blow him away my friends mid 12 second neon would tear alot of guys here up as well so not all neons suck, i seen one that ran 9s at the track with a huge boost of turbo but nonetheless it still ran 9s

Dude if you want stripes, go for it. I don't consider it 'ricey'. I got some metalic burgandy 30th Anny stripes for my silver '95. I can't wait to get them put on. There is a blue RS over here that has some silver stripes... looks nice. Good luck with your decision... I say, yeah, do it.

Stripes simply make the car stand out more... I personally don't want stripes on my car because they add weight ;) . Either way it just changes the car, I don't feel it enhances or harms the look and it certainly is not rice .

Stripes are cool, I still want to get a set.

And as for the neon ... how about "Hi! I'm faster." Don't make fun of them, especially not on the autocross circuit.
