If you're all into looks, 18s are a must.

        I bought my 17s because
        1. Cost less
        2. Worried about curb rash
        3. I love this particular style!

        If I had enough cash, I would've bought 18s.

I have 17's because I got them for a really good price and I love the style of these rims too. If they came in 18's I would have definately gotten 18's though

Reason I asked is that I am new to this customizing cars game and I heard that changing the size of your times would throw off the speedometer. i will probaly go with the 17's due to the money situation unless I can get a good deal on some 18's

it throws off the speedo if you go to a huuuuuuuuge rim with a lot of tire.

if you keep the diameter the same as you currently have on your car now, you'll have no problems.

this might mean going to a low-profile tire depending on how big of a rim you decide on.

So a 18 would be fine as long as it is on a 35-45 series tires. Appreciate the info... thanx

In the long run your going to want the 18s, for probably just a little more money then what the 17s would cost get those 18s. You can thank me later.

I've got a set of Breyton 18's on my car and they look sweet. Pics coming soon. The only problem i have is that when people are sitting in the back and i go over a dip or bump in the road my tires scrap the inside of the wheel well. I ordered the jounce spacers from slp but havent put them on yet. I'll let you know if this cured my problem.
