I just went to the local chevy dealer today and ordered a set of 5 lug nut covers for my car since i was already missing 2...the price wasn't to bad, it was $8.40 for all 5.
Just thought i would throw a price out there for the people that need to pick some up.

I lost a nut once and had to replace it  . Those things are expensive, I bought a new one for $1.50 . However, the cap was cheap - like $0.50.
