    Ive heard of 18s hurting the cars accleration. How bad does this hurt?

    depends. 18's tend to be heavier since there's more rim, so that will hurt acceleration. if you get lighter rims, you won't notice any difference. also, the bigger thr diameter of the wheel/tire combo, the worse acceleration you'll get, the smaller, the better since it's easier to turn the tire one rotation if it's smaller than if it's larger.
