    ChrisV6 do you have a part number for those taillamps. Plus some more pics of your car. its very nice.

      The pre 97 lights are still my style. Id rather have the all red look the the tri color euro look. They look way too busy to me, and they dont really seem to match the lines of the car.

        They aren't quite the same layout as the ones we got here in the UK...
        If someone can tell me how to add a picture to my posts I'll post some pics of mine to show you!!!!!

                  Before I bought the Camaro I looked at a Firebird,and the guy had the receipts for the Euro lights.....£450 each!!! So close to $700 each!!

                      I actually like them, a lot. I don't like the 96 taillights all that much.

                      I'd buy them if A) I had 450 to drop on taillights or B) They were cheaper.

                        in 97 the export lights, are the same as the domestic lights.

                        so no, they are not rare, and not desired.

                        If you go to the part counter, and ask for export lights, you will get 97+ lights, in a special box. The 93-96 lights, are out of supply, and not available through the GM parts networks. (camaro)

                          In strong sunlight states like California, Texas, Az, N.M
                          and Florida...I would not own a car that does not have
                          amber rear directional lights. I want the people in back of
                          me to know when I am changing lanes and red does not
                          make it in these places.
