Yeah, are those the Ebay stripes??? I've got a set of those sitting here next to me. I bought them towards the end of summer, and never got around to putting them on.
If they are the Ebay stripes, how are the holding up? Did you have a shop put them on? If so, what did they think of the quality? I'm really still toying with the idea of putting these stripes on or not.

Do you drive your car year-round? If so, I'm going to have to check in with ya in a few months, to see how those held up to the salt and snow.
I just looked at the back of mine, and they are Orcal 651. Which is listed at a short to medium term outdoor vinyl. I'm just a little scared to stick something down that won't last.
I must say those look really good though. I've got the same color right here. I think I will put mine on in spring.
How long did the whole process of putting those on take you?
I assume you just washed the whole car with dishsoap to strip the wax, and then cleaned with rubbing alc, before sticking them down, using the water to let ya move them around?
Thanks!
Dan

Well yea the stripes have been thru a good amount of salt and what not so far and they still look like the day i put them on. The whole process didnt take to long. Yea first i washed it then dried it and mixed up a mixture of warm water handsoap and ammonia thats what the directions said and the rest is common sense. I want to try and get some better pics of the stripes with my rims..but unfortunetly college and what not im in a financial bind so at this point my dad and i were talking about me trading in the car...which really sucks. In a little i will have some appearance mods for sale...the grille, euro lights, clear corner and the rims and tires i have on there

Same ones I got on my car (see site below). I put them on last april, and they have looked great ever since. A few small air/water bubbles here-n-there, but the summer sun took care of that. The kit doesn't come with the outlining pinstripes, so I went to PepBoys, bought them, and installed them myself. Looks just like stock stripes now.
Hey everyone! I've been trying to remove my transmission for two days now! I need to replace the clutch. Only thing I've got left holding the transmission...
Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
