first off let me say that your car looks awesome! i'm personally not a big fan of flames, but your car does look good. after looking at your pics, it looks like to me that your springs didn't lower your car too much. theres still a decent amount of wheel gap all around. i would stick w/ those lowering springs and like arctc wolf said, get some cooling things to keep your engine cooler. i'm worried if you switch back to stock springs you will still have a major scraping problem and you will be spending even more money on other things; and on top of that you will be out of your lowering springs.

The car did lower even if it doesnt look like it in the pics. But the rear didnt change much. The guy that installed them ripped me off and didnt do it right and afterwards never would return my phone calls or emails  . Im planning on putting the stock deflector back on...that thing is just too low. But I am going back to the stock springs for right now. I will call the shop that's doing the switch and ask them if they can see if the springs were installed right. If they werent and maybe if they seat them correctly it would even it out. I have 4 different heights at each wheel! It was like that when I got it and he told me it would settle. Well it never did and I honestly think it lowered it more then 1.6 that they were suppose to.2000 Pewter Metallic Formula M6

My 2000 Formula

I think the paint looks great! The style of the flames is perfect, and the color is stylish as well.
Personally, though, I don't like the front air damn. Sorry.--David--
The NEW V6Bird Website!
Cardomain site
ΔX

Thanks everyone. I got the car back to stock height and I found out the DMS lowering springs I had bought back in May werent any good :( That why I had ever since they were installed they car sat lower on the passenger side and the rears hardly lowered :( . Im trying to get my money back on the springs since I had contacted them about it back when they were first put in.
Anyway no more scraping just driving down the road over bumps/dips and the ride is alot smoother. In the spring I think I will upgrade my shocks and buy BMR springs or Eibach Pro's.
I took some new pics today also and will get them on my website tomorrow which I am updating.

That thing looks great. I'm in the process of getting a complete repaint on my Firebird with the Wings West Kit. I may get black ghost flames down the line, not quite sure now. I'll definately look @ my air deflector when I get it installed and see how low is it.http://www.cardomain.com/id/HiWire
1997 Dark Green Firebird
1997 White T/A
