Question about painting interiors

I wanted to get everyon's opinion on painted interiors. Now I've seen everybodys accented interiors, I'm actually changing everything to white w/ red accents. Has anybody done this yet? I have a fair amount done on my car & it looks sweet. The problem I'm running into is glare. With a white dash, you get a glare on the windshield that sucks(looks foggy). I just need to figure how to get out the rest of the dash & do that. I'll post pics as soon as I'm done.

are you useing flat white or gloss white?
