That is a really nice car. I like it I've got a question too. Where did you get the checkered flag background for the heat/air conditioner controls and how much did it cost?

Very nice!!! I love the wheels...that's what my RS is missing. The only 2 things i'd do is get the blackouts for the turn signals and tint spray the rear side markers. I'm on the opposite quest of you, same colour scheme, but the reverse. I'm trying to get rid of all the red and amber. All that's left is the nose badge and the spoiler taillight
Good job though... looks awesome!

Yeah i was going to fully black it out What is this spray tint you speak of? Also you can get the stock chrome rims at speedautomotive for 150 bux each I know cause I need to replace one.
As for the checkerd flags. I made them myself. I'll see if I can find the files for them.
Tint spray is basically translucent paint that makes things look blacked out. Check out the rear side markers on my car for an example. With 3 coats, you still get the light shining through but it looks like you just put blackouts on.
As for the wheels, i'm in Canada, they're way more than 150$ here :(

Well, in Canada, I went to a local performance shop and ordered it for $10.00 for a small spray bottle. It's called NightShades. I can't remember the company information and i'm at work right now, but it really looks sharp when it's done

Nice, very nice. I envy your leather! I noticed you actually did the custom AC controls. How did that turn out. I didn't think anyone actually followed through with it. Does the light shine through at night? But anyways good looking car, I'm sure the clear corners are the perfect touch. Blackouts on the front would complete it. Actually front black outs and tint would be perfect, just my thought though. You should get a pic of the clear corners.
well i wrecked my front end.. it isn't bad but I can take pictures tomorrow if you would like...
When I get a job thint, y2k rims, and a body job is in the works... do u want the pics of the clear corners?
Also yes the light does show through because I actually soaked the paper lightly in veggie oil so that the paper became semi transparent and then I printed it out
And here is what driving behind a idiot driving a mini-van on their cell phone not paying attention to the jerk that is about to cut them after you just cleaned ur car will do to you. Same damage near both headlights only one side posted:
Hey ravenp - I noticed that your a local boy. Let me know next time your downtown. I'd love to hear your exhaust. I'm assuming you did it at Midas. How much did it cost you in Canadian $? I just ordered the dynomax 2.5 in/out muffler and I am currently looking for used Z28 exhaust to finish it off. Any other local boys members?
Hey everyone! I've been trying to remove my transmission for two days now! I need to replace the clutch. Only thing I've got left holding the transmission...
Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
