Just look around ricer websites and shops. They will probably have the best selection.

I put the SLP shifter knob on mine...it's grey leather and has SLP embossed in the leather. I have a blue MBA shiftknob with the firebird engraved on it for sale. New, never used, bought from Thunder. You can see pics on there. It has all the shims as well. Email me if interested.
