    decals under clear coat

    So what do you think about this? Any problems? I want a painted on look but at a decal price.

    Im having the car repainted so:

    Color coats then decals then clear coats is what i was thinking.

    I don't know if it'd even be worth it, honestly. I don't know much about cars, or decals, even though I have a 99 Firebird with a full decal set, but I can tell you, even after applied properly, they peel off (not completely, but the edges).

    It may not serve much to help.

      why dont you just paint on the decal designs? i think you might run into future problems clear coating over a decal.

          look up the word brent. he sells great decals at low prices. the only place to get decals. you should find his his site if you search

            If you go to the store page of FirebirdV6 up at the top, you can find firebat's cave and he sells good decals for reasonable.
