photoshop request

I don't have photoshop, i have microsoft studio or something like that. i'd like to see what my car would look like with black z06 rims on it. if anyone can do this for me, i'd appreciate it.

here's the sample pic:

i'd like z06 rims with a silver lip, just like in the picture.

they'd be alittle bit bigger, since Z06 is either 17" or 18"
