first i wrap tin foil around parts that i dont want to get wet (alternator, distributor, sensors, pcm, etc.) then use orange citrus degreaser, citrus cleaners are not as corrosive as most. after that sits for 10 minutes i spray the engine off with a pressure washer. then i use eagle one tire wet to shine up the rubber, and eagle one wax-as-u-dry on the painted parts of the engine.
