Domestic. Do you have any other pics of your car getting converted. I've been looking into doing this for sometime and i'm curious if you had different pics of the steps. it would be much appreciated :D

They install sunroofs on cars that don't have them from the factory, so I don't see why it would be a problem for them to install t-tops. That being said, I do think that they'll charge an arm and leg, if not more, for it to be done. Try calling a few of the local places and see what they say about it...

here's a dumb question..but since you guys that have done this before have a better idea than I do I thought I'd ask. Do you think it would be possible to somehow cut the roof off and make it so it could attach like a T-top(just without the T)?? Like the 'vettes tops

yeah, you would have to do some serious things. the thing that would come to my mind is supporting the window.

with a targa top you would have to get subframe connectors or you would really twist the crap out of your car and it would handle like crap. I was kinda wondering the same thing though. do you think you could just make it so the t-bar removes also or ?

if the T-bar were removeable then it wouldnt be structural, so it might as well just be a targa top. also if the T-bar were removeable then the weatherstripping would have to be moddified a lot to work properly

can you do the conversion and not paint the inside top the same as your car and still have it look good? I dont have enough money to paint it, but I could put a couple coats of primer on to keep it from rusting and then raddle-can it black.
