i doubt any dealer would do it </font>[/QUOTE]Why wouldn't they? They install sunroofs on cars that don't have them from the factory, so I don't see why it would be a problem for them to install t-tops. That being said, I do think that they'll charge an arm and leg, if not more, for it to be done. Try calling a few of the local places and see what they say about it...

here's a dumb question..but since you guys that have done this before have a better idea than I do I thought I'd ask. Do you think it would be possible to somehow cut the roof off and make it so it could attach like a T-top(just without the T)?? Like the 'vettes tops

a targa top would be pimp tho, i still think thats crazy that people take the chance of doin the T-Top Conversion thats nutty but i mean dont get me wrong its sweet when it turns out right but damn what a risk
with a targa top you would have to get subframe connectors or you would really twist the crap out of your car and it would handle like crap. I was kinda wondering the same thing though. do you think you could just make it so the t-bar removes also or ?

if the T-bar were removeable then it wouldnt be structural, so it might as well just be a targa top. also if the T-bar were removeable then the weatherstripping would have to be moddified a lot to work properly
can you do the conversion and not paint the inside top the same as your car and still have it look good? I dont have enough money to paint it, but I could put a couple coats of primer on to keep it from rusting and then raddle-can it black.
