I would, but Im really scared to use that on paint, especially car paint.

i have this thing called a "cube" that i use for my detailing business its basically just a cube shaped yellow sponge but the surfaces are rough, but not rough enough to scratch paint...it worked well on a customers car that was covered in sap but it still took about 45 mins of scrubbing.

When I had the olds' I would use that high strength purple cleaner. I would get a rag and just dab it on the sap. never hurt the paint. Very effictive after it sits for a few mins. the sap becomes more brittle and your can get a lot of it off with your fingernail.

I used Krud Kutter to get the sap off of my car. If anyone is having a problem with sap try that its awsome.
