I'd like to get black stripes going up the middle of my car, preferably matching those from the 35th Anniv. model. what should i go with? vinyl? or a direct paint job?

if money is not a factor, then definitely paint them on. it looks a ton better. of course, thats expensive so youll probably want to go with vinal if you really want stripes.

If you would like a cheap nice kit check out this site on ebay--item # 2477290173. I got this kit for my 94 camaro. I paid something like $30.00 for it. The kit covers the nose clip, hood (decals are cut to fit impressions in hood), roof, rear spoiler and deck lid!! If you should mess something up, the guy will sell you replacements for $1.00 a foot. If you're looking for the pin-stripe decals, this kit isn't what you want.
