i just got my ground effects in today and i brought them to the shop where my car is being worked on and put them up to the car. the drivers side rocker skirt seems to be bent really bad and doesnt seem like it will be able to fit correctly because of it. is there anything i could have my body man do to fix this problem or will i have to send it back to wings west? remember these things are held on by double sided tape so with the piece being betn i dont think it will bond to well.

first of all, the gfx are made of a type of rubber and should bend fairly freely. there is a bit of a bend in them from the factory... that is how they come.
theres a good chance that its not the gfx but a bent fender bracket thats causing them to not fit.... check out this post: http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...;f=28;t=000021
the only gripe i have with the WW kits is that the adhesive doesnt do the best job of holding on after a while. my only suggestion would be to get a few extra self tapping screws. the front and back of the side pieces should be screwed on anyway (those screws come with the kit). you might also want to put a few under the front and back pieces. i have had no problems with my side pieces holding on fine.

It does bend fairly easy but it doesnt seem like it will hold on with the tape. we havent tried applying it yet because there is a lot of other work to be done on my car first before that can even happen. i am going out to see my car at the shop tomorrow so i will try to bring my camera and post pictures of what i am talking about.Positive Force For Life
www.positiveforce-cc.com
