• Glue on my paint

The guy who had my RS before me put GTO blackouts on the car and put glue on the velcro to hold the blackouts on. Some how the glue ran a 3 inch streak under the headlight. Does anyone know how to remove adhesive from car paint?

I had some luck with WD-40. Spray a little bit on the glue, let it soak for a few minutes, then see if the glue will come off with a quick wipe of a towel.

I work at a bike shop and to get glue off paint we use adhesive remover used to remove excess glue when installing plastic tile flooring in homes. I'm not sure what the exact brand is, but it works really good and it dosen't seem to harm the paint. Hope that helps.
