This is probably going to be moved to electrical...
I know somebody has done it but I can't remember who. I was thinking about doing it and it doesnt seem like it would be that difficult. If I were to do it I would go ahead and buy door panels from a car that had power windows/locks, and hopefully they would already have the power window motors with them.
